This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for platform fees or recruitment-related payments made via this website.

General Refund Policy

  1. Non-Refundable Fees: All payments made on this platform, including platform usage or application processing fees, are non-refundable once successfully submitted, unless explicitly stated otherwise or under exceptional circumstances.
  2. Eligible Refunds: A refund may only be considered under the following conditions: i)Your payment was successfully deducted, but no confirmation or acknowledgment of application was generated due to a technical error. ii) Duplicate payments made due to network or system errors.

Recruitment Event Cancellations or Changes

  1. Authority-Initiated Cancellations: If a recruitment process or event is cancelled by the Rajya Sainik Board, affected users may be eligible for a full refund or credit toward a rescheduled application window.
  2. Schedule Changes: In case of changes to recruitment timelines, users will be informed and may choose to continue or request a refund (if applicable and approved by RSB).
  3. Major Modifications: Substantial changes to eligibility criteria or application processes after fee payment may warrant refund consideration, subject to approval by the RSB.

Force Majeure

No refunds will be issued for delays, disruptions, or cancellations resulting from:

  1. Natural disasters
  2. Government restrictions or policy changes
  3. Pandemics, civil unrest, or other uncontrollable events. However, we will try to offer alternatives such as future application credits or deferments when feasible.

Refund Process

  1. How to Request: All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@eventwindows.com, and must include: i) Order ID / Transaction Reference ii) Applicant Name and Registered Email iii) Reason for refund request with any supporting documentation
  2. Processing Time: If approved, refunds will be processed within 15 business days and returned to the original payment method used.
  3. Confirmation: You will receive an email once your refund is successfully processed or if additional information is needed.
